Pretty yarns! I really like the mirror; is the VTC store still in Crown Plaza? I went there about 15 years ago!
I didn't know it was your birthday....are you older than me yet?? :)
Happy late-Birthday!

It's at 83rd and Mission; near my neighborhood. It used to be way up there?
If you have any Victorian store requests, send them my way. The first time I went there I thought of you!

Maybe they have more than one? I haven't checked their website or catalogue in ages...they had a shop in Crown Plaza at one time but now, thinking back to the last time I was there, I don't remember seeing the shop.
I never remember street names but I am really good at knowing where I am! Crown Plaza is *practically* across the street from Children's Mercy Hospital...we used to walk there when Stanley was in hospital. Have you been to Union Station?

We saw an exhibit of the Dead Sea Scrolls at Union Station. Also, we volunteer at Ronald McDonald House (or we did; we've been really busy lately and have been bad about it) so we would sometimes to go Union Station and walk around beforehand.
The Victorian store has a warehouse in Lenexa that I've never been to and the shop at Corinth Square in Leawood. As far as I know (and their Web site says) they don't have shops anywhere else.
I love that store. Especially when I see how great the discounts are compared to what stuff sells for in the catalog.
