      Well...... You have to take to pictures from two angles of the same pose, then make a puddle. Texturise the puddle. Bugger about for ages getting them all lined up, do the ripple effect from the filter menu on the puddle. add a rain brush over the top of the whole thing, et voila.

      I made the wall and everything in PS but you can take the picture near whatever you want in SL
