Totally SOOC (Straight out of Camera), bar a crop. I've wanted an f/4 shot of flying swans for a while, and achieved it here by accident - being on shutter-priority. So tempting to try a touch of shadow/highlight with swans, but this shot works nicely SOOC. I'm coming to like softness!

I watched these three fly straight at me down the canal. They then turned off toward the marshes. I like the lighting here, with the sun off to to left (they're flying at it).

The swans were working very hard to climb here, hence the deep neck-down posture of the one in front - really working the neck up and down.

Nice capture, saw them last Friday, and even if their fly is really heavy, this shot make them gracious!
