      The cake is actually a plain New York style cheesecake. Dyed with food color, layered and swirled in. It is a nice contrast against all the chocolate items we carry. Adds some color to the showcase for spring. Some people like to serve it at baby showers. Not that popular for childrens parties as kids are usually not that fond of cheesecake.
