It does conjure feelings ans thoughts, for me it makes me feel like it's an illustration shot for a story on child abuse/lonelyness/fosterchildren etc.

Oh, Miss Buckle, that is very sad! I can see your point, though. There were actually kids playing in the area, but I try to respect their privacy. Now, though, I can see the loneliness...
