      OH my goodness you are kidding me! I saw a different angle and could see the neck better. How did you do the sleeves at the bottom. Elastic while leaving a ruffle just a little below? Good work! Oh and is it just regular white cotton fabric?

      Yes, I lengthened the sleeve hem by 1.5", then folded it under and sewed two lines to make a casing for the elastic. The fabric is a white cotton woven that has little raised dots. Thanks!
