Solid Foundation
The National Museum of the American Indian located on the National Mall in Washington DC is an awesome piece of architecture. The museum was designed by Douglas Cardinal and he intended for the exterior of the building to look as if the rock formations were shaped naturally by many years of water and wind erosion. The National Mall is filled with many free attractions aside from gazing and photographing the eclectic mix of buildings and monuments. It's really a great place to spend a day and the blue hour can be a spectacular sight....
