"Fat Max's" Cafe - Artisan Inn - DeLand - Florida

    DeLand's Artisan Inn, which dates back to 1924, by architect Medwin Peek. The dividers between the booths are extremely elegant in design. The cafe chooses not to be open on Sundays but is worth your drive on other days. For you dog lovers, they offer "Yappy Hour" every Tuesday afternoon until close, dogs eat free with meal purchase. The forms and colors evoke the 1920s. It would make a perfect period film set requiring very little in the way of editing of the decor. Plus there is the dog, Max. Stop by and meet Max every Tuesday.
