    This dog is a Whippet. Most Whippets are racing dogs, lean like greyhounds but smaller. But some Whippets are born with a minor mutation. What makes Whippets so fast makes these mutations, the common term is "Bully Whippet", extremely muscular. It's a mutation that causes the body to continually grow muscle.
