I don't question the legitimacy of this photo on the grounds that he's not bleeding because- no, he wouldn't bleed. The fork is doing a fine job of keeping the wound sealed. Most piercings don't bleed, either. I'm a professional body piercer and have been for quite a while, and any well-obstructed puncture wound isn't going to bleed. I should know, I've made thousands. :)
It looks like the fork missed his septum completely, so he's "lucky" there. He'll have some scars, to be sure, but his nose won't be all screwed up. Thank goodness for small favors, huh?
