Pink Glam

This is one of my favorite cakes. I recently made this for a lovely young lady's 15th (Quinceanera) birthday party. It was a celebration fit for a princess! The ballroom was decked out in pink. Even the filling matched the decor with a delicious raspberry Italian Meringue buttercream between layers of almond cake.
