On Trafalgar Street in Brighton there is a lovely tiny shop called
Rainbow Books, in which you will find, quite simply, more material
than you thought you could fit in the lovely tiny shop. That's
everything from Gardening to Cystitis.
The basement has had a tidy-up, since my first visit in December with
my sister. We came in to look for books on gargoyles and stone
bostering, whilst she hunted, I stood generally admiring the shop's
wayward piles of books that spilled over the floor. That's when I had
the brainwave of asking the owner Kevin for permission to borrow the
place for half an hour one morning (I'd never asked anyone before to
use a location, now I'm always on the lookout for one). He said yes,
so the other day I gleefully made use of that newly-hoovered carpet
upon which I pulled a pleasing whorish pose.
