Homage to Hoyt Axton's 'Della and the Dealer'
This particular tree would have witnessed RAF Lysanders over a nearby drop zone Possibly a crippled Blenheim bomber which crashed near Charroux killing its crew and the smoke and flames as the Nazis torched Jousse. Who knows what from WW1 and earlier?
