House Tidbits:
Built by now defunct Griffin Homes. Griffin Homes offered free pools as a buyers incentive in the 1980's. The model above is the Devonshire plan , Plan 2 Elevation 2R. The home suffered significant damage during the 1994 North Ridge earth quake. It is located in the Forrest Hills area of Simi Valley. The subdivision in the movie was called Questa Verde' wich means It costs green. LOL
