Could it be the 'Nasalis Larvatus'? Don't know the english name, perhaps nose monkey? I feel so sorry for this poor animal...stuffed forever in a jar, he looks so frightened.... :(

I think the specimen itself is a fake- do blue eyes look like that even after preservation???? Aha. I think not

  32. iamJenu1 (48 months ago | reply)

Holy crap! this is one of those photo edited image to made look sick. it looks like a man's testicle with their balls as the eyes. very nicely done.

  33. Longshim (48 months ago | reply)

It's not fake nor no photoshop art is done and it's still lying at my place in my tiny flat!!

  36. C.D Zimik (46 months ago | reply)

It look like a deformed and prematured creature. However,it would be very interesting if we could find another kind of the same species or blood samples or anything that might possibly match some other creature to acertain premature or deformity.May be you could preserve this one.

  37. Miyaru Man (45 months ago | reply)

To me it seems like the faetus of a monkey which might've been eaten up half my some cat considering that we're talking about indian jungle. They can run a DNA test it wouldn't take that much.

now i think i might not be able to step in my backyard for the next 67 days...

  39. Windows to the soul (44 months ago | reply)

I say it's a monkey. Wish you had a picture of the mouth/teeth. Whatever it is it's unreal.

  40. angily25 (44 months ago | reply)

I think the monkey with the long nose...looks really small and maybe still born. When infants are born dead the mother will often consume it...don't know if that goes for primates though. As far as the blue eyes...those look like dead eyes...not originally blue...so sad, poor baby.

  41. snippy.snippy.crab.kristine. (44 months ago | reply)

ok it is like my second view of this picture and i have the creeps

  42. ringses (43 months ago | reply)

I think it's a still born baby animal that has obviousley not developed properly.

  43. Culebra Venenosa 有毒的蛇 (42 months ago | reply)

If you photo it out of the jar it can probably be identified. I think the eyes are swollen because it may have been killed by a snake. I think you know what is and you need to stop keeping us in suspense and tell us aready. Dad gum it.

  44. llamagirl1 (42 months ago | reply)

that thing looks weird what is it?

  45. Longshim (42 months ago | reply)

I swear I have no idea, this was discovered by hunters in the virgin forest half eaten by wolf, they said that they heard a crying and weeping sound and when they went towards that place, a figure escape walking like a man. So am not sure whether to believe or not but this tiny creature happen to come into my possession through my sister. You guys can look up Virgin forest in map. IT's between India and Myanmar. Which have never been explore till today.
