Sumatran Tiger

    The Sumatran tiger (Panthera tigris sumatrae) is a subspecies of tiger found on the Indonesian island of Sumatra.

      Ooh! This is superb. You can clearly see each and every hair round it's cheeks and it looks so focussed on whatever it is eyeing up (a small child probably). I have no idea where you found this tiger but there is no sign of captivity and the background screams "in natural habitat". I just hope that if it was not safely behind bars somewhere that you had an extremely long lens!! ;o)

      I don't favourite many shots but this one will be. Absolutely cracking Terry.
