smoked pork loin

    Broke out the new smoker for the first time today and experimented with an enormous pork loin marinated in a honey-bourbon concoction. Absolutely delicious!

      I bought the Weber Smokey Mountain cooker/smoker. I've always used Weber grills and this one had a great rating on Amazon, so that was enough for me. It worked great!
