tongue tacos and santa maria pinquito beans

    It's been hard to find a tongue taco that lives up to the great memories I have of them, so working up a recipe was my weekend project. I was really, really pleased with the outcome, but have a few tweaks in mind for next time. Oh, and Rancho Gordo beans were the perfect accompaniment. Of course.
