Quince vodka

    Things to do with quinces - grate whole quinces and cover then with cheap vodka (these are the jars on the left, which I did today). After a few months, you can strain off the vodka and bottle, maybe with a bit of sugar. The bottle on the right is last year's batch.

      Yes, by that point the vodka tastes intensely quincey. I suppose you could use the quince pulp for something but I'm not sure what.
