Closing the Loop: Integrated Action for Disaster Resilience
September 23, 2011 - Washington DC., 2011 World Bank / IMF Annual Meetings. With images of the devastation caused by the Great Tohoku earthquake and tsunami still fresh in our minds, we are now witnessing the greatest humanitarian crisis in decades in the Horn of Africa.
