As you say Ern, The usual 'postcard from Norfolk'.....but the best I've seen, capturing the essence of the place! Better than mine even.....;o)

As an East Anglian girl with a mother from Norfolk this gladdens my heart!

I must get some other lenses for my FM2n eventually. I am trying to stick to the one 50mm prime I have in order for me to learn.

I also have no filters which is something I am thinking about remedying.

Were you really crouched down low here?

Thank you all for your comments and interest. - Lucy, there is a hidden rickety wooden set of steps in the reeds for access to a boat maybe, which made a handy low viewpoint amongst the reeds, which also hid the thronging crowds of holidaymakers, I had hoped for a cloud or two but the sky remained clear blue, and I thought a red filter might do the trick.

The classic Nikon FM series of cameras were great, I still have my FM and FE2 and quite a few lenses. The 28mm f2.8 A1 and A1S Nikkor was a masterpiece, razor sharp and compact, it really became my standard lens. - they still command quite high prices too.
