Oh, I love the tea pot. Just PERFECT.
Can you tell me...did you glue the pieces to the pot and then fire or do they just stay in place? (can you tell I'm a newbie?? I was hoping to try something similar but onto wood. Cheers

Hi Jackie, I didn't have to glue the clay onto the pot...but glazing on the pots keep the clay in place. As for wood, you have to be careful. If the wood is made of pieces, it will expand and contract at a different rate than the clay and will crack it. In order to put clay onto the wood...you must apply a layer of glue onto the wood and let it dry, then apply the clay layer on top of it.
