i find ron paul's ideas to be quite quixotic.
though i guess much respect for
thinking/trying to save a nation that has
made some terrible choices in structure.
being out of the loop and all here in the uk,
is fox news claiming that there's only one
ron paul person and that he's been spamming
the websites, whereas these people support
him, yes? well there's a surprise; fox
telling a lie.
@zephyrus... and other non-USA viewers: Ron
Paul is Republican candidate who have significantly won all
debates by public (computer or telephone)
vote. Fox (and other major news companies)
have claimed that this is due to the
vote-cheaters who somehow broke all those
various voting systems (this was not only one
poll)... People like these supporters likely
favor his plans: out of the war, lower taxes,
reduce government, personal freedoms
first,... No wonder there are many
supporters...
Democrats usually own the internet sphere but
this guys team is hold ground on building a
presence. I am not sure it is a positive one
with all the spamming.
Is it for his anti-immigration policies Is it for his staunch advocacy FOR gun
lobbyists Is it for his very strong Pro-Life voting
record? Is it for his 5% rating by the League of
Conservations Voters thus deeming him highly
anti-environment?
Musicphreak, stop and think for a minute. If
Ron Paul was a racist then why is he calling
for an end to the war on drugs? The drug war
is the most racist thing out there today.
Ron Paul does not want an to ban abortion he
just wants the issue out of the Federal
courts. He believes the more complicated an
issue, the more local the solution should be.
"delusional and dangerous?" Wow
dansemy. A lot has changed in the 34 years
since Roe v Wade was decided! Reproductive
freedom is here to stay. Many states already
have laws that keep abortion legal if RvW is
overturned.
As President, Ron Paul's greatest influence
will be on foreign policy. Our soldiers are
dying in Iraq and you call us
"delusional and dangerous?"
His amazing surge in campaign donations ($4.2
million in a single day) has catapulted Ron
Paul into contender status and I would not be
surprised to see him overtake McCain and
Giuliani in New Hampshire.
The extent so many individuals are going to
in assisting Dr. Paul is heartwarming and
inspiring. Because of them I decided
yesterday to sell a diamond solitaire and
wedding band I've had for awhile, the result
of an engagement gone belly-up. The
proceeds will go to the Ron Paul campaign on
Dec. 16, the anniversary of the Boston Tea
Party when another huge "money
bomb" is set for Ron
(http://www.ronpaul2008.com/), orchestrated
entirely by independent volunteers
(http://teaparty07.com/).
I could put the proceeds toward a new camera
or toward my next vacation. I could invest
it in a high-interest savings account. But
what I really want most right now is to see
Ron Paul pull an upset victory in a couple
early primary states and have enough money to
continue competitively in the next round of
primaries.
I hope and rather expect that we will raise
over $10 million for the Dec. 16 tea party.
What a delicious shock wave that would send
through the media who ignored him at first
and through the other presidential campaigns,
especially the ones who think they've got the
nomination all sewed up.
That's because they all belong to the Council
on Foreign Relations that is pushing for One
World Government. All the other candidates
are connected with CFR also, but not Ron
Paul, who opposes their schemes. The world
is out to exclude Ron Paul from serious
coverage.

To hear the "plight of Ron Paul" as if he were the savior of the political realm - and then to see everyone disregard Mike Gravel...
Nice job, guys.
Talk to me after a round of libertarianism. Tell me how great it was.
