Where I saw the movie/musical Camelot. It
must have been around 1968 and I must have
been about 6 years old. I was going to be
stuck with a sitter, but I cried and cried.
Parents rolled back up the drive -we lived
on Oak Knoll and took me with them. Fell
asleep in the back seat. Saw a few movies
there before we moved- loved it.
My folks used to bundle us up in our PJs
before we left home and of course, we fell
asleep in the back seat. Later, during my
high school years (70's), the Elm Road
Drive-In was a regular stop on the weekend
circuit that included the Howland Drive-In
and the Skyway...ah, the memories.
It awesome that the sign/theater are still
there and running. I just happened across
this and it brought back some fond memories.
I remember seeing E.T. there when I was just
about 4 years old.

Saw Batman Returns there around '92, and my son went with my parents to see Alvin and the Chipmunks there last year. Great, great place.

Oh my goodness, I use to go there when I was little, in the summer, with my cousins.

I used to live in Warren. I went to high school there. Is this theatre still open? One of my first dates was there.

A Top 10 drive-in theater, hands down! Great, colorful marquee and excellent snack bar!
