... at least, it's the impression I've got each time I passed by this building.

In fact, it is located at the edge of an area called Lyon Confluence where the authorities demolished most buildings in order to make way for new development, very contemporary development. I do not know what is the story with this building, but it gives the impression that it was supposed to be razed and that, somehow, it was forgotten.

On pourrait croire que ce bâtiment se trouve en zone de guerre. C'est l'impression que j'ai ressentie à chaque fois que je suis passé à côté de ce bâtiment.

En fait, ce bâtiment se trouve à la limite du secteur appelé Lyon Confluence où une administration publique a choisi de démolir la plupart des bâtiments pour faire place à la construction de nouveaux bâtiments à l'architecture très contemporaine. J'ignore si cet immeuble devait être également démoli, mais l'absence d'entretien le suggère. C'est comme s'il avait été oublié.
