  • Myanmar "salt". More exactly a fermented fish sauce heavily salted. An acquired taste!
  • Three different curries: fish, pork and mutton (our favourite) curries.
  • The mandatory soup, (too) often mixed with fermented fish sauce. Depending on the dosage, can be considered an acquired taste ;-)
