No...Plight is not a play on words...granted it can look that way. I took this at Lavender Hills Farm in Michigan where they are having some major problems with their honey bees. Last summer they lost 3 out of 4 hives and the summer before, all 4 hives. Something is destroying our honey bees and it's a complete mystery. I just can't imagine life without honey. Especially the honey produced on this farm.....Lavender Honey....it's heaven on earth!
