Iridescent green damselfly

    Neurobasis male damselfly from SE Asia. Iridescence is very unusual in the damselflies and dragonflies. This one belongs to the jewelwings, so-called for obvious reasons! Did you know there are as many kinds of dragonflies and damselflies as there are mammals? (4000+ species)
