On December 14 in Madrid, Gourmand International named How to Cook Bouillabaisse in 37 Easy Steps the winner in the French Cuisine category for books published in Canada! What excitement and what an honour.

Next, in Paris on March 7, the winning books in each category will compete for The Best in the World Award, the top prize.

I haven't posted for quite a while, and this is one of the reasons. How to Cook Bouillabaisse in 37 Easy Steps: Culinary Adventures is Paris & Provence , the book about my culinary life in France!

That's right, the book is finally published and is now available at Amazon (US, CA, GB, FR, DE...) and on our website (where you get free shipping!).

The response to the book has been gratifying. The Calgary Herald said about the book:
