Panasonic Lumix LX3

camera set up on black perspex, white backdrop. 2 sbr200's with red gel aimed at white. 2sbr200's used to illuminate camera. triggered with sb900.

Today i picked up a near new LX-3 with the box for $450AUD. they retail for around $680. why ? well...this was part of my conversation with the seller, who i will affectionately name LOSER...

Me: why are you selling it ?
Loser: i'm gonna upgrade to the LX-4
    Me: i didn't know there was an LX-4 ?!?
Loser: Not yet, but it's coming out really soon and it's gonna be AWESOME !

who am i to argue with that logic ? lol

I like the way you made it look like a cute robot :) Have fun!

I still think it is a robot... Rooz is just saying that its a camera so that we don't get suspicious.

I, for one, welcome our robot overlords....

Wow, I originally thought it was a red backdrop, nice work with the gels! Reflection looks great also, very nice!

I love "Loser"'s logic as well, lol. One man's loss is another's gain, right?

Good god the D400 must be due soon.

Anybody want a 6 week old D300 with about 1500 shutter releases cheap? Gotta get ready for the new one.

      NOT!
