Paste Up! Madison 2011 was a wonderful art camp held at the Art & Sons design and art studio in Madison, Wisconsin in August, 2011. The camp was attended by 15 high school students from Madison and nearby cities. At the camp, the students learned about and how to make street art. The students designed and produced silk screens, which they used to make screenprints which they pasted up using wheatpaste throughout Madison's near east side, a hotbed of art of all types. Shown in this set are the srudents' screenprints as pasted up by them. For more about Paste Up! I like how playfully constructivist -early Soviet art a lot of these works seem.
