      I think the 3rd line is a continuation of the 2nd and she can't remember the sauce's name but maybe Dawn knows it. What I don't get is the type of rice... Itilatin? Mis-spelling of Italian is what I'm thinking because this reminds me of a risotto recipe - lots of liquid slow cooked with the rice = very heavy rice. Great with lots of cheese. Now I'm hungry!
