      ahhhhhhhh, but if you don't know when to put 'em together, at what heat, and for how long ---you're going to have one more mess on your hands! :)

      You are so right! Oh, the messes I've made by guessing... yikes. But that's what the old stalwart "Joy of Cooking" is used for in my kitchen - all the basic stuff that I know I should *never ever* guess!!
