    Memorial window to Bishop Thomas Ken died 1711, He was Bishop of Bath and Wells from 1685 to 1711.

      Great shot, I see you did go to Wells Cathedral. The coat of arms shows the arms of Bath and Wells, on the left, impaling, on the right, the arms of Bishop Thomas Ken who was bishop of Bath and Wells from 1685 to 1690. He died in 1711 so this panel is probably a memorial to him.
