The starburst filters for a tenner will do the trick, 4 point or 6 point. Do you use filters on the lens? I like a nice little UV, great for blue skies and taking pix through water and glass. No idea why you have the extra lamp reflection. Someone of superior intelligence will help I'm sure. :)
