    I had a lot of fun making this cake but got a lot of comments about what the bald man is doing with his hands!

      Ha! No they are not skinny dipping - although I was I'd had thought of that! The water is made by colouring piping gel ice blue and pouring that over ice blue icing - I try not to make it too neat so you get the ripple effect of a real pool. I'd put piping gel on every cake if I could - I love it!
