    The state will construct a new $490 million courthouse on this site over the next few years to replace the aging courthouse on Ocean Blvd.

      I drove by there the other night wondering what that was going to be. I assumed it was going to be residential.

      Before the economy tanked, I think it was the planned site for a residential skyscraper and then this proposal eventually came to fruition. More info here: www.presstelegram.com/news/ci_18947031
