Very cool. But how was the leaning done?

The column was initially built straight up. I simply put a few plates under one of the ends. The plates are hidden by the thick grey base.

First off, I must say i went through all your lego masterpieces and I am in AWE, they are AMAZING, perfectly done. I admire your work. The reason why I bumped into your gallery is because i'm working on a school project (i'm a graphic design student) and i need a leaning tower of pisa made of legos.... obviously i knew from the start i would never have the talent or patience to recreate such architectural icon in legos, plus... i don't own any legos.... hence, the internet. I was wondering if you would allow me to use one of your lego leaning tower of pisa photos for my project. As i said, it's 100% academic, no profit whatsoever, well.. other than my grade. :) If you are interested please reply at valerie_melito@hotmail.com YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH YOU'D BE HELPING ME OUT!!!
