Lowepro - My Carry everything camera bag

I went through several camera bags for my Canon Powershot SX10 IS before settling on this one. It is able to hold the Camera User guide which I felt was a big plus. A center divider slightly to the left holds several filters or their filter cases. On the right the camera fits snugly on end. A couple of side pouches hold things such as camera blower brush and tiny flashlight. The area where the user guide fits also has small pockets for extra sd cards and a small usb card reader. The top, which is folded back in this view has a carry handle and a zippered pocket that holds a microfiber cloth for cleaning lenses or filters. The AA battery holder was made from a large caliber bullet or shotgun shell holder that usually slips over a gunstock but was sewed to slide snugly on the strap.

I especially like the shotgun-battery holder. Very clever and funny :)

put in for a patent on that. it's an excellent idea. i may run over to the local outdoor shop right now to look for such a thing. thanks!

edit: is that an "uncle mike's" shell holder?

Thanks VVincze and photoleif. I couldn't be happier with the shotgun -battery holder. I don't know the brand but I got the shell holder in the gun section at Dick's Sporting Goods for about $5. I turned it inside out and had my wife sew the part that usually goes over the gunstock more straight and snug so that it wouldn't be too loose on the strap, then trimmed off the extra material and turned it right side out again- if that makes sense.

Nice bag. Gotta love that "Rambo" style battery strap!

That's awesome! Can you tell us, if it's not a secret, how much you paid for the bag?

I love the battery holder. At first sight I was like, WHY DOES HE NEED SHOTGUN SHELLS WITH HIS CAMERA???? I was worried what you'd be "shooting" - ba-dum-bum.

The price was the best part Texas. $24.00 at Walmart. They have a slightly smaller version that looks almost the same but if I remember right the users manual didn't fit.
