HappilyEverAfter?
We're doing a marriage series in February so I've been working on a series graphic. I'd like to think it's self explanatory. A lot of our marriages look good on the surface but underneath are really struggling. I wanted to show both sides in one image. The glossy photos on the wall competing with the couple on the couch.

I love the concept! I think it communicates very clearly. Maybe tone down the shine on the couch behind the text to make the text a bit more clear? I think it could be cropped a bit closer too, although the room details are very nice. Maybe if the people were right at the edge of the image their separation would be emphasized. Great work!

Super cool work! Maybe desaturate/remove some vibrance from the "present", despite being dark the room still seems cheery. Maybe a bit less contrast on the photos on the wall so the shadows aren't so prominent. It might be my color calibration (or flickr's lack thereof) but the vases look like they're floating because the floor because the floor is so dark.
