Working on new business cards for all the church staff. The existing model is a bit outdated. Want to keep it simple, sleek and bright.

I'd probably make the first name bold and the last name not-so-bold, reverse the weight. Other than that... looks pretty slick.

My breathing room OCD is kicking in on the name treatment. Feels cramped. I'm with cameron on the weighting of the names.

I think they look great except for the note treatment of the name. If you want it to be simple and sleek, I think it would be better to make the name part of the design instead of looking like it's tacked on. Plus, the illusion of the note paper won't be as realistic in print as it is on the screen. I really love the rest of the card though. Great colors.

On top of what's already been said, if this is a normal sized business card (2x3"), then your text is going to be SUPER small. Make sure you're printing examples along the way to make sure that once it's actual sized, it is readable.

Why don't you add "Gather the People. Tell the Stories. Change the World."?

Love all the patterns on these! My only other (late) note here is that I was distracted by the uppercase 'F' in the church's URL, since the rest of that section is in lowercase.
