Newsletter Template v2

This is the 2nd draft of a new newsletter redesign. our original newsletter is all white except for a few grass green blocks. doesn't go with anything anymore.

tried to incorporate some of the ideas given from version 1, especially where postal codes are concerned. thoughts?

    This design looks great on the blue background. I'd love to see some of this blue actually in the design more prominently.
