Worry not my friend, Japan's still chopped full of porn and perversion. (used panties vending machines anyone?) It's just that it's come to the attention of government officials, that allowing the commercial sale pornographic rape-based material (tentacle based or not) may not be that great of an idea. Which in retrospect does make some sense, but much of Japan just doesn't make sense in general, so logic probably isn't the best way to approach this matter. Banned or not, there's always the internet, you can find anything there... <_<
