Kim Jugger (Black Tiger) Top
Kim Jugger was a racer who got in a fight with Speed Racer after his car got blown up, and he thought Speed was behind it. Speed was innocent, and Speed, Trixie, Spritle, Chim-Chim, and Jugger teamed found out that a rebel group (pretending to be freedom fighters) that Jugger was part of was actually evil. They then defeated it.
The Black Tiger was another one of the cars from the anime that I had wanted to make. I liked its colors and unique shape.
