Grey Ghost Driver
In the film, Grey Ghost was a driver who defeated Speed in a race at the Fuji Helexicon track. He also raced in the Grand Prix, where Speed defeated him.
I couldn't get the torso of the official figure, so I had to make my own design. I'll still try to get the official torso if I can.
