At 14 weeks old, Clancy is learning quickly. One of our main lessons is sitting and waiting, before coming out of his crate, exiting and entering a door, before eating or getting a treat, and before getting pet he must sit and not be jumping on me. I am finding him offering this behaviour more and more when he wants something and the last two days he is sitting as we approach the door before I ask him to.

I am still adjusting to photographing a black dog as my 3 other Poodles are white. So many of Clancy's pictures end up washed out looking even with low ISO settings.

Clancy had a fun time Saturday, playing and rolling around in my sister's pasture. He had a bath and scissoring the next day.

I am still working on taking pictures of black dogs in different lighting. It was late afternoon, so I was not able to get a really nice setting for Clancy's pictures.

I took Clancy tracking with Blueberry yesterday and he tracked like a pro. I think he is a tracking prodigy:o)

Clancy decided that he didn't want to wear the santa hat this year, he wanted to play with it.

Clancy is following me everywhere now, at home and at work. He sleeps under my chair at work so I have to be careful before I move. His sister, Ginger, is staying with us for a couple days while Joyce is at a meeting. They both are having fun playing together. Clancy is walking on a leash pretty well and is even going in and out the doors now without wondering what they are. He definitely owns the house and has found the toy box. Shoes are not safe, neither are my toes:o) In this picture he is wanting to follow me out of my office at work.
