Outside the primary health clinic in Rubichu with Dr. Leila and Dr. Iwot. This clinic has virtually no equipment, no running water, and no electricity. The well is made of rusty corrugated metal. The clinic has only 1 staff person. They have 1 solar panel which powers a refrigerator for the purpose of keeping vaccines cold, when they aren't out of stock. Notice that the wires are being held up by a very tall branch. This clinic supervises 4 sub-clinics in the area. Hopefully, it will be renovated over the next year with the assistance of the Pathfinder/COMPASS project.
