    I am so very sorry. I don't know the story behind this, just picking up pieces as I go through your photos.

    I had a German Shepherd when I was little. Her name was Lady. She would walk me to the school bus and would be waiting when I got home. One day she disappeared and never came back. I was so mad at her for leaving me, for not saying goodbye. One day, I found her remains and her collar was still in tact. I think she went away to try and spare my hurt. I still miss her today, 20 years later.
