" Unbreakable "
There is a story why this sunset looks like a spotty windshield after a road trip. The spots or should I say particles of light are actually grain of wet sand blown by the wind and hitting the glass of my lens as the light from the sunset made them glow. I almost thought the sand would break my lens.
It was a beautiful sunset on that day as I stood on the shoreline of Lake Superior just before a storm. The wind was howling like a madman and I can't barely stand to take a shot. I crouched down thinking that being closer to the ground will give me the balance, well it did, and more. The wind blows that sandy beach hitting my face and camera with sands coming from the direction where I was aiming. It was hard to compose, harder to open my eyes, but heck, the things I do for photography...just crazy.

" Beyond The Coming Storm "
The photo was taken on the shorelines of Lake Superior near Marquette. A storm was brewing on that day and gale like wind on this very spot was reaching 45mph. The wave looks nice but at a closer look they were menacing. I wanted to capture the gloomy weather, to get that sinister feel i shot these grasses swaying with the wind as the grayish beach unsilently waits for the coming storm.

" Sole Searcher "
The Porcupine Mountains are one of those really awe inspiring wilderness this part of the Northern Hemisphere of the US. It is tucked in between the states of Michigan and Wisconsin. A vast area of rugged landscapes, rustic woodlands and untouched forest. Save for the occasional spots reserved for sightseers like this fenced edges by the cliff in Lake of the Clouds, the land is primal.
I was aiming my viewfinder to the lake below when a guy just pops out on the upper left just as I was about to click the shutter. He looks like he was searching for something even from a distance, hence the title of this photo.
