Baby Times
Ok this is Isobel's new favorite favorite favorite toy. She loves it more than she loves spoons from Wendy's, if you can believe that.
I guess this toy was created because babies in Japan love the crinkley newspaper and shred it every where and put it in their mouth, much to Mom and Dad's consternation. This 'newspaper' is made of two handkerchiefs sewn together with crinkley stuff inside so it not only *looks* like a real news paper, but crinkles like one too. BABY LOVE.
I only wish I could read Japanese because the 'articles' on this paper look hilarious.

um... your description of the "newspaper" makes *me* want to crinkle it up and play with it.

Have the cats taken a good sprawl across it yet? I had a mama kitty that loved to 'read' the Sunday comics with me :)
